The short version

Eric Osherow

I spent four years building SeaDeep — an AI platform for underwater infrastructure inspection. Raised $1M+ non-dilutive, sold to Fortune 500 energy companies, worked with the Navy. Shut it down when sales cycles outpaced burn. Learned more from that than any win.

Before that: NBCUniversal (asset management for Peacock and the Olympics) and Disney (Disney+ international platform). Big data, big systems, big stakes.

Now I mentor at Techstars, advise at FedTech and NavalX, and serve as an expert for NATO DIANA. Seen hundreds of startups. Know what works.
